Cuba Catering,S.A. is a subsidiary of the Cuban Civil Aviation Corporation, S.A. (CACSA) incorporated on September 16, 1996. The Company has a national character and its organizational system is structured in Basic Economic Units (UEB) that provide catering and gastronomy services in all the country's international airports.

It is a unique company of its kind in Cuba, established as an independent entity in 1993.
Before 1993 this company was a dependency of Cubana de Aviación.
On February 26, 1996, it was created as an independent State Aero Catering company subordinated to the IACC.
On September 16, 1996, the Company was created as a 100% Cuban capital stock company and is called Aero Catering S.A.
On August 4, 2000, the corporate name of the company Aero Catering S.A. was changed. by Cuba Catering S.A.
